Kabul (BNA) In a special operation conducted by National army commando forces a commander of armed oppositions was killed in Herat province the night before last.
Ministry of National Defense press office told BNA, Marakai a notorious commander of armed rebels who involved in organizing of several terrorist activities has been arrested with his weapons by National army commando forces in relevant areas of Shindand district, Herat province.
According to another report, a commander of Haqqani network along with his three men arrested while smuggling some explosive materials and military equipment by National army forces in Kharwar district, Logar province.
Also three armed oppositions killed in an operation launched by National army forces in Pul-e-Alam city center of Logar province.
