Kabul (BNA) One hundred and eighteen Taliban were killed overnight in clashes and counterattacks in six provinces.
Fouad Aman, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of Interior, told BNA,
one hundred and eighteen Taliban were killed, 36 wounded and 10 others arrested in clashes and attacks by defense and security forces in Ghazni, Kunar, Uruzgan, Kunduz and Kandahar.
In these clashes, amount of weapons and ammunition has been destroyed.
Seventeen minefields have also been discovered and neutralized in these activities.
