Kabul (BNA) 13 armed Taliban insurgents were killed in several military operations in the different regions of Afghanistan. According to reports, at least 16 other armed Taliban were arrested in these operations as well. These Taliban fighters were killed on charges of terrorist activities by Afghan and NATO forces in the vicinities of Nangarhar, Sar-e-Pul, Kandahar, Kapisa, Logar, Helmand and Herat provinces. Interior ministry confirmed killing and arresting of these armed Taliban and said tens of arms and hundreds kg of narcotic of them were seized by these forces. T. Suraya-Yarzada
