Aibak City (BNA) Police forces of northern Samangan province have discovered and seized 21 grenades types of “M 550”.
Abdul Muneer Rahimi police in-charge of Samangan told BNA, the enemies of peace and stability of the country were placed 21 grenades in Aybak city the provincial capital of Samangan to disrupt security situation of the province, but discovered and seized by the personnel of the counter-criminal management and mines disposal team of Samangan police headquarters.
He added, no one has been detained in connection of the case, but efforts are underway to identify and arrest the suspects.
