Ghazni (BNA) 55 armed Taliban rebels were killed in Ghazni province last night.
Lt. Fazel Khoda Ibrahimkhail spokesman for 203 army corps told BNA, the Taliban were killed in air and ground operations and conflict with Afghan security forces in Chardewak and Kajer regions, Ander district and surrounding of Khwaja Omari and Abband Districts of the province.
He added, 27 other insurgents were also injured in the operations.
According to another report, the 203 army corps personnel discovered and neutralized 14 mines from vicinity of Ghazni and Khost provinces and prevented from bloody events.
