Lashkargah (BNA) Seventy-five Taliban insurgents were killed in Helmand yesterday.
The spokesman for the Special Operations Corps told BNA that the Taliban were killed in a commando operation on a Taliban rally in the Tortang area of Lashkargah, central Helmand.
The source added that 17 other Taliban militants were wounded in the attack and a number of their weapons were destroyed.
