Afghanistan Seeks Ways To Establish Transit Route To Black Sea: Mustaghni

Kabul (BNA) Spokesman of ministry of foreign affairs, Ahmad Shekib Mustaghni said yesterday that attack on Kabul Serena Hotel had been planned by foreign intelligence services.
Addressing a press conference he said that the plan for attack was devised by foreign spy agencies because Taliban remarks indicate that foreign countries were behind the attack. He also added that the incident needs more investigations and the security organs are working on the case.
Confirming filming at the corridors of the hotel by a Pakistani diplomat in the pretext of sport club, Mustaghni said that the case would be thoroughly investigated.
The foreign ministry spokesman added that foreign minister Zarar Ahmad Usmani during his visit to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkmenistan exchanged views on having transit route between Afghanistan and Black Sea and it was agreed that a commission at ministerial level among the four nations to be constituted to work on the project.
