Kabul (BNA) As many as 30 anti-government militias were killed following air attack carried out by Afghan air forces in northern Faryab province yesterday.
In-charge of Shaheen army corps in the north of the country told BNA reporter, the insurgents have been targeted in Qaisar district of the province, in which 30 anti-government militias were killed and 17 more were wounded.
A terrorist hideout full of weapons and explosive materials have been demolished during the air assault, the source added.
Taliban said nothing about the incident so far.
