Kunduz (BNA) In an airstrike, ten Taliban insurgents were killed and nine others wounded.
Mullah Fazlul Haq, a senior Taliban commander, was among those killed.
According to reports, the Taliban were targeted last night in their hideout in Chela Mazari village in outskirts of Kunduz city as they prepared to attack military bases.
The Special Operations Corps said in a statement that ten Taliban insurgents were killed and nine others wounded in the airstrikes.
The Taliban have not yet commented.
