Mehtarlam (BN ) Forty-three insurgents were killed in in Alishang and Alingar districts of Laghman overnight.
The Taliban were killed when their hideouts in Alishang and Alingar districts were targeted by air and ground raids of security forces, a spokesman of Army Corps press office told BNA.
Fifty-four other Taliban were wounded in the attacks, and several vehicles and large quantities of weapons were destroyed, he said.
