Kabul (BNA) Police prevented from eight mine blasts in Kabul and Nimroz provinces today.
Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Arian told BNA, in several reconnaissance operations, police discovered and neutralized three mines which was planted in Paghman, Kabul and five mines planted on the Zaranj-Chakhansour Nimroz road before the explosion.
Arian said the terrorists wanted to organize panic and terror again by detonating these mines.
Placing mines on roadsides on civilian places by Taliban terrorists is a criminal war approach.
