Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) One civilian was martyred and three others were injured in an explosion in Mazar-e-Sharif yesterday.
Adel Shah Adel, spokesman for the Balkh Police Command, told BNA that the blast was caused by a mine planted in a bicycle in the Kefayat area of Mazar-e-Sharif, martyring one civilian and wounding three others.
