Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) a parliament member survived bomb blast in Balkh province.
The blast occurred out yesterday in Kholm district bazaar while passing of a convoy of Assadullah Sharifi a member of parliament in Balkh province.
General Abdul Razaq Qaderi security head of Balkh police directorate told BNA, in the blast, three civilians lost their lives and at least 12 others were injured.
The victims are all civilians and children were also among the wounded.
General Qaderi added that the aim of the blast was assassination of Asadullah Sharifi a member of parliament in Balkh province but fortunately he was survived from the blast.
Meanwhile doctors in a medical center of the province reported the health status of at least four injured serious.
So far no group or individual are committed responsibility of the blast but local official of the province blamed armed Taliban for the blast.
