Clashes Leaves 19 Rebels Dead in Farah

FARAH CITY (BNA) As many as 19 anti-government militias were killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in western Farah province.
Mohabullah Mohab spokesman of police chief in Farah told BNA correspondent, the insurgents were killed during conflicts with Afghan security forces in relevant areas of Farah city.
Mullah Qudrat a local commander of Taliban was among the dead, while five others rebels were wounded during the clashes, Mohab added.
A policeman was martyred and four others were wounded during the conflicts, Mohab concluded.
