Sharan (BNA) The construction work of Charbaran district of Paktika started yesterday.
The deputy governor of Paktika told BNA that the building will be constructed at a cost of eight million Afghanis from budget of Islamic Emirate.
Charbaran district is one of the most remote districts in Paktika, where no development projects have been implemented before.
