Kabul (BNA) The Ambassador of Czech Republic, Jiri Baloun met with the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Masooma Khawari, both sides discussed bilateral cooperation in areas of Information Technology (IT) in the country, a statement from the Ministry said yesterday.
During the meeting, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic explained in detail the experiences of that country in the field of telecommunications and information technology, adding that his country was ready to cooperate with the Ministry of Communications of Afghanistan in this field, according to the statement.
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology thanked the Czech Republic for its constant presence and cooperation with the Government of Afghanistan and noted that the Ministry welcomes the cooperation of friendly countries in exchange of knowledge and experiences to help grow and strengthen the telecommunications and information technology sector in the country.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides emphasized on further communication and coordination to achieve the desired goals and cooperation.
