Jalalabad (BNA) 18 Daesh affiliates were killed in a series of air and ground raids conducted by security forces in Nangarhar province last night.
The fighters were targeted in Kot, Dehbala and Achen Districts.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, 18 Daesh fathers were lost their lives while terrorist activities.
Another report says that the security forces prevented from a series of blasts in Nangarhar province.
Security officials discovered and defused five mines from crowded areas of Nangarhar province and prevented from deadly bloody events.
According to another report the security troops discovered four weapon caches of insurgents in that province.
The caches were kept in Daesh hideouts in Achen, Lalpor and Dorbaba districts.
Heavy and light weapons were also seized from the caches.
