Kabul (BNA) Eight Taliban fighters were killed in the latest clashes in Uruzgan and ten others were wounded.
The clashes occurred in Gizab district when a group of armed Taliban attacked military bases.
The Army’s Special Operations Forces said in a statement that eight Taliban fighters were killed and ten others wounded during the operation.
It is said that three Pakistani Taliban militants were also killed in the operation.
The Taliban have so far said nothing in this regard.
