Qalat City (BNA) Eight policemen were martyred, while a policeman who has link with Taliban militants attacked on his colleagues in Zafarkhail checkpoint, Qalat city the provincial capital of Zabul province last night.
A security official of the province in a telephonic contact confirmed the news said BNA, the attacker policeman after shooting on his colleagues along with his other militants looted all military equipment of the checkpoint.
Efforts has been started to identify and capture the policeman and bring him to the court for further investigation, the source added.
