Kabul (BNA) At a cost of 11 million Afghanis, eight universities and a public higher education institution will be equipped with a solar energy system.
According to BNA, Abdullah Sufizada, Head of Procurement of the Ministry of Higher Education, signed an agreement with the winning companies in this regard, calling the provision of solar energy in higher education institutions a serious need.
He said that the implementation of this project will solve the problem of educational institutions in Nuristan, Zabul, Kandahar, Farah, Paktia, Daikundi, Balkh and Helmand in terms of reducing electricity.
