Eight Terrorists Perished in Paktika; Police Officials

Kabul (BNA) More than eight fighters of Taliban group were killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in eastern Paktika province last night.
Shah Mohammad Arian spokesman of police chief in Paktika told BNA reporter, the conflicts took place after a group of Taliban fighters stormed on Afghan security forces’ checkpoints in JaniKhail and Matakhan districts of the province, as a result eight rebels were killed and several others were wounded.
A security soldier was martyred and two more were wounded during the clashes, Arian added.
Arian further added that in-charge of guerrilla attacks of Taliban for Paktika province was killed following an ambush conducted by Afghan national police personnel in the province.
