FARAH (BNA): A child was killed and two others injured in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosion in Farah province on Wednesday.
Mullah Mohammad Mustaghfer, Farah Rod district police chief told BNA that the incident happened in the Aab Khurma area of the district.
The children were playing with the IED when exploded, leaving one of them killed and two others injured, he said.
He said that the injured children were transferred to Herat Civil Hospital for treatment.
