Massoud Meets NATO Civilian Representative To Afghanistan

Kabul (BNA) Special envoy to President on reforms and good governance Ahmad Zia Massoud met yesterday with NATO civilian representative to Afghanistan.
In the meeting, the NATO civilian ambassador to Kabul while considering Warsaw as NATO member countries’ renewal commitment to Afghanistan added NATO was committed to cooperation with Afghanistan, saying that Warsaw summit has shown that NATO would never leave Afghanistan alone against challenges and problems such as counterterrorism. The NATO civilian ambassador also regarded NATO’s resolute support mission and cooperation of NATO member countries as continued, adding that NATO would continue its mission for stability and counter terrorism in Afghanistan and fortunately there is a good and bilateral cooperation were between Afghanistan government and NATO.
Afterwards, special envoy to President Ahmad Zia Massoud while praising the international community in particular NATO member countries for their cooperation with Afghanistan in maintaining security and supporting Afghan security forces stressed as terrorism was a common problem for the world, counter terrorism was a common responsibility of the world; therefore, the people and government of Afghanistan praised the world countries for cooperation and helping Afghanistan in this respect.
