Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai in a specials ceremony at the presidential palace accepted the credential of New Zealand Ambassador to Afghanistan in presence of Foreign Minister Dr. Zalmai Rassoul.
Following the ceremony, President Karzai while thanking New Zealand Government for its assistance to Afghanistan in the past decade, wished success of the New Zealand ambassador in his mission to Afghanistan.
The New Zealand ambassador expressed pleasure over the start of his mission in Afghanistan and added that during this mission he would strive to further consolidate ties between the two nations.
