House Expresses Concerns Over IS Infiltration In Some Districts

Kabul (BNA) The House of People with Abdul Rauf Ibrahim on the chair in its session held the other day expressed concern over reported infiltration of Daish band in some districts of Zabul, Helmand, Ghazni and Kunar provinces and their involvement in security incidents.
During the proceeding,  the lawmakers also discussed the problems of high rate of unemployment in the country, alleged involvement of Ghazni governor in corruption, biased in dealing with scholarships and sending teachers instead of students, the decree of former president with regard to paying 50 to 80 percent of salaries of the high-ranking officials and presidential advisors and lack of payment of the salaries of government employees due to the delay in approving budget for new fiscal year and reviewing the documents on Durand Line.   
The issue of delay in cabinet formation was another topic came under debate and chairman of the house briefed the lawmakers about his meeting with president and said that the cabinet members would be introduced on Monday.
