Kandahar (BNA) A stronghold of Taliban terrorist group was targeted in air strike of Afghan Security Forces.
According to preliminary reports, six Taliban rebels were killed and dozens others were injured in the raid.
The hideout of Taliban was located in suburb of Maiwand district bazaar.
Atal army corps with releasing a statement said, a hideout of Taliban with all war equipment has been demolished.
Another report says, police of Kandahar discovered and confiscated 14 mines from busy roads of the province and prevented from a series of deadly events.
Security officials of the province blamed Taliban for the failed mine planting.
