Kabul (BNA) Chief Executive, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah introduced Afghanistan’s permanent envoy, Mahmoud Saiqal to the world body’s staff in New York the other day.
In the ceremony also attended by Afghanistan former envoy to UN, Zahir Tanin and Afghanistan ambassador to USA, Hamdullah Mohib, appreciated the services of Tanin and wished success for new envoy Saiqal at this critical stage.
