Laws Committee Met

Kabul (BNA) Chaired by Second Vice-President, Sarwar Danesh, the Laws Committee discussed key issues related to different agendas presented by the ministry of justice and other participant administrations, Bakhtar News Agency said the other day.
According to the agency, after expressing pleasure over a peaceful Eid days and the Warsaw successful summit on Afghanistan, the committee members talking on the presented issues approved the law draft on the Hajis and Makka pilgrims instructed the ministry of justice to include the committee members visions to the draft law on the civil employees has been said to be reviewed.
On the need to review the law draft, the vice-president said the civil services issue was one of the professional administrative rights, with special norms in the world, according to the agency.
So, there is a need to review it to remove all ambiguities from different fields, Danesh said.
The work team consisted from the authorized representatives of the ministries of finance, foreign, higher educations, labor and social affairs, martyrs and disabled, Attorney General Office (AGO) Independent Reforms and Civil Services Commission and legal board of the presidential office led by the ministry of justice should review the draft law, the vice president said as quoted by the agency
