4th Dalwa, A Black Day For Salang Residents

Kabul (BNA) The Dalwa 4th 1367 or 24th January 1988 has been registered as the black day in the history of Afghanistan Jihad as the invading forces of the former Soviet Union during their retreat from Afghanistan had killed scores of people in Salang and committed heinous crimes against humanity.
However, the people of Salang and Shamali planes who sacrificed their lives during Jihad and defended the country’s freedom had resisted against the invading enemies.
The office of chief executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan while remembering the day Dalwa 4th, 1367 praying for those who had lost their lives on the day and the memory of martyrs of Dalwa 4th remains forever.
