Kabul (BNA) More than 150 insurgents including 18 ISIS adherents were killed and 75 others include so-called governor of Taliban for Logar were wounded during joint military operations carried out by Afghan security forces in 18 provinces of the country.
Ministry of Defense press office stated BNA, the joint operations were conducted within the last 24 hours by Afghan forces to suppress armed oppositions and protect and lives and properties of people in insecure areas of Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman, Ghazni, Paktia, Logar, Kandahar, Urozgan, Zabul, Ghor, Farah, Badghis, Herat, Kunduz, Baghlan, Faryab, Sar-e-Pul and Helmand provinces.
Also 12 Afghan National Army soldiers were martyred during the operations, the source added.
