Kabul (BNA) Eklil Hakimi, Minister of Finance met yesterday with Chinese special envoy to Afghanistan at presidential palace.
In the meeting attended also by Chinese ambassador to Kabul, they discussed related to membership of Afghanistan in Infrastructural Investment Bank, railway projects, road and electricity dams on Kunar river, customs cooperation between the two countries, way for implementation of Chinese assistance declared previously, peace process and other relevant issues. The Chinese special envoy to Afghanistan assured of his country’s continued cooperation with Afghanistan in various financial and economic fields. It is worth mentioning that Afghanistan and China have agreed to cooperate with each other in energy, transport, water management and other sectors.
