President Karzai Attends Marshal Fahim’s Mourning Ceremony

Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai attended at the mourning ceremony of Marshal Mohammad Qasim Fahim held last Wednesday afternoon in Eidgah mosque of Kabul city, Presidential press office said BNA.
At this ceremony, president Karzai prayed for the soul of Marshal Mohammad Qasim Fahim, the first vice president of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The president conveyed his condolence to his family members and the bereaved friends and invited from Almighty Allah paradise for the bereaved and patience for his survivors.
At the ceremony, despite president Karzai second vice president, CM members, MPs political and jehadi personalities, advisor ministers, a number of presidential nominees and their deputies and members of country-wide religious ulema council, heads of independent administrations, government high-ranking officials, the leading body of national directorate for security (NDS) a number of governors, generals and high-ranking officers of the armed forces, colleagues of Marshal Fahim and hundreds of Kabul citizens were attended at the ceremony.
