28 Afghan Prisoners Released from Pakistani Jails

KABUL (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate has announced the release of 28 Afghan prisoners from Pakistani jails. These individuals, including children, have been transferred back to Afghanistan.

Abdul Jabbar Takhari, the Afghan Consulate General in Karachi, confirmed that these prisoners were released from prisons in Sindh and returned to Afghanistan via the Chaman port.

The released citizens reported that they were detained due to a lack of legal documentation for their stay in Pakistan.
