Kabul (BNA) As per the proposal of Independent Department of Local Organs, and approval of President Karzai, Sayed Fazlullah Wahedi has been appointed as Herat Governor and Mohammad Omar Shirzad as Governor of Farah province.
The proposal mentions that Sayed Fazlullah Wahedi s/o Sayed Mohammad Akbar, present governor of Kunarprovince , having higher education and enjoy rich working experience and proper abilities.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Omar Shirzad s/o Abdul Salam, former governor of Uruzgan province has rich experience and the required skills.
Fazullah Wahedi has been succeeded Daoud Shah Saba and Mohammad Omar Shirzad succeeded Mohammad Akram Khpulwak.
