Ulema Condemn Recent Deadly Attacks in Kabul, Nangarhar

Kabul (BNA) The Ulema Council head for western zone the other day condemned latest deadly attacks in Kabul and Nangarhar as against Islamic principles and humanity. Mawlawi Khudad Saleh condemned the attacks during a press conference in Herat City, the provincial capital He said killing innocent people was against Islam and Sharia and such acts were not allowed in Islam.
He said the conflict and blooding in Afghanistan was four decades old and would continue until the people referred to the Quran and Ulema.
He said those carrying such incidents would see punishment here and hereafter. Mawlawi Jamshid, deputy hajj and religious department director, also strongly condemned the incidents particularly in Kabul and Nangarhar provinces and termed them inhuman and against Islam. A number of other religious scholars held similar views and said those killing innocent civilians had no place in Islam.
