Charikar (BNA) The construction work of three training centers kick off in Parwan province yesterday.
According to BNA, the buildings will be built by the government and Japan over a period of 18 month for the technical and vocational institute, multiculturalism institute and 8 trade school in center of Parwan province.
During inaugural work of these centers, governor and other local government officials, members of Parwan provincial council were present.
