Herat (BNA) Seven members of Taliban and Daesh groups were detained in two separate incidents in Nangarhar province.
It is said that tens of weapons were also seized from the detainees.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, three members of Daesh fighters and a Taliban rebel was arrested in a special operation by security forces in Jalalabad city.
Likewise, Ahmad Jaweed Salim spokesman for commando forces told BNA, three other insurgents were arrested by security forces in Kot District of Nangarhar province yesterday.
