Kabul (BNA) The Red Crescent of Qatar helped 500 penurious families of Bamyan province yesterday.
Mohammad Tahir Zaheer Bamyan governor told BNA, Qatar Red Crescent Disaster Relief Committee with cooperation of Afghan Red Crescent donated aids for 500 poor families of Bamyan province.
He added, the assistances distributed in presence of local official of the province the aids included blankets, winter clothing such as sweaters, sock, boots and etc.
Qatar Red Crescent Committee representative said that the aids in addition of the Bamyan consulted in Panjshir and Khost provinces with the cost of 250,000 US dollars.
