Kabul Seeks Enhanced Business Relations Between China, Afghanistan, Muhaqiq

Kabul (BNA) Head of a Chinese national petroleum and gas company called on chief executive second deputy Mohammad Muhaqiq here in Kabul yesterday.
In the meeting, they discussed on economic cooperation between the two countries. Head of the company said, “China is the third business partner of Afghanistan and has invested in various projects in this country so far.” He added the Chinese company has extracted 60,000 tons petroleum in Amo River zone, enumerating a range of problems with which the Chinese investors were facing in Afghanistan. Afterwards, chief executive deputy while considering China as key economic partner of Afghanistan said Kabul was asking for deep commercial ties between the two countries, hoping that the existed problems would be addressed with relevant ministries.
