Kandahar City (BNA) More than eight anti-government militias were killed and several others were wounded during recent conflicts with Afghan security forces in southern Kandahar province.
The clashes took place, while a group of Taliban militants stormed on security checkpoints in Spin Boldak district of the province yesterday.
Military official in south of the country told BNA, eight armed oppositions including a Pakistan citizen were perished following the clashes.
The terrorist group after giving casualties forced to flee to Pakistan, the source added.
