Close Co-Ordination Can Ensure Security In Kunduz

Kabul (BNA) Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan met with Kunduz province’s new appointed leading panel.
According to Presidential press office to BNA, in the meeting held at the Presidential Palace with participation of Kunduz province new governor, National Directorate for Security (NDS) chairman and acting director of independent administration for local organs, President Ghani recommended necessary instructions related to improvement of affairs particularly security condition in the province.
President Ghani also emphasized that the new team of Kunduz province should maintain security in the area through close coordination and cooperation of local people in the province and address problems of the people.
The country’s president instructed the new team to review all problems of the province and deliver its plan for solution to the Presidential Office within a month.
It is said that President Ghani has prioritized five provinces as Kunduz, Helmand, Badghis, Ghazni and Nangarhar for improvement of security condition and started the process from Kunduz. It is worth mentioning that new leading panel of Kunduz have been selected through free competition and their selection process finalized by the country’s president.
