Commission Seeking Solution To Violence Against Women

Kabul (BNA) 74th meeting of high commission on prevention of violence against women has been held aiming at seeking solution to the challenges faced by women in the country, Bakhtar News Agency reported.
At the meeting, Nabila Muslih, Deputy administrative and finance of the ministry of women affairs condemned the recent violence against women in the country and asked for report about the previous meetings, the agency said. Deputy administrative, finance and tourism Minister of Information and Culture, Associate Prof. Sayyeda Muzhgan Mostafavil, Dr. Feda Mohammad Paikan, deputy to the health services supply of the ministry of public health, Qadria Yazdan Parast, member of the Independent Human Rights Commission and some other stakeholder institution in-charges have attended the meeting and spoke about the reforms jirgas laws in the civil disputes, committee on campaign against violence against gender of the human rights commission and other concerning issues including training programs, according to the agency.
