Kabul (BNA) At least 34 Taliban militants including their two organizers of suicide attacks were killed by National Security Directorate (NSD) personnel in Faryab province.
NSD press office stated BNA, two leaders of Taliban militants named Abdullah and Rahmat along with their 28 men, while they were involved in destructive and terrorist activities, collecting tithe and alms and harassment of people were killed following an operation conducted by NSD officials in Astana Baba region, Shareen Tagab district of Faryab province.
Also Ali and Atamurad organizers of suicide attacks and destructive activities along with their 2 colleagues, who were busy on destructive and terrorist activities in Dawlat Abad and Almar districts of Faryab province, were killed during separate operations launched by Afghan security forces in the districts of the province.
