Herat (BNA) The security police of Ghoryan district directorate of Herat province released a child which was kidnapped two days ago by abductors and handed over by Mohammad Ayoob Ansari police chief of Herat to his family.
A police official of the province told BNA, the kidnappers had demanded money in exchange for the release of child from his family.
He said nothing about the fate of these kidnappers.
Another report says that 27 people have been detained on charges of criminal offenses.
According to police the arrested people were involved in kidnapping, murder, stealing, selling drugs, and forgery.
