Officials in the Ministry of Public Works say that
as a result of heavy rains and floods, several points in Ghazni province were blocked, but due to the efforts of the workers of the Public Welfare Department of Ghazni, it was opened again.
Also, several cars stuck on the Kabul-Kandahar highway due to rains and floods were saved.
