75 Afghan Prisoners Released from Pakistani Jails

KABUL (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the release of 75 Afghan prisoners from the prisoners of Pakistan.

According to a statement released by the Foreign Affairs Ministry, 75 Afghan prisoners, including six children, were released following the efforts of the Afghan Embassy in Islamabad and the Consulate Office in Karachi.

According to the statement, the released citizens were assisted in their transition to Afghanistan, and the Islamic Emirate covered the cost of their return.

It should be noted that 2,516 Afghan detainees, including women and children, were freed from various Pakistani jails and returned to Afghanistan, thanks to the efforts of the Islamic Emirate.

The statement continued that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is actively working to facilitate the release of the remaining Afghans being imprisoned in Pakistani jails.
