Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met a number of elders of Badghis province at the presidential palace.
According to presidential press office to BNA, while first vice president Gen. Abdullah Rashid Dostum was also present, the elders of Badghis expressed their support of the National Unity Government and set forth their problems in the fields of security, economy, education and agriculture.
Following hearing the problems of Badghis elders, the president said, “Badghis, Helmand, Ghazni and Kunduz are those four provinces in which we will witness considerable achievements in the fields of strengthening of security in the near future.
The president asked these elders to join hands with the government for improvement of security, because according to president speech, improvement of security requires people support.
