Kabul (BNA) Dr. Mohammad Saleh Saljoqi second deputy speaker of Lower House met Italian ambassador to Kabul.
According to lower house press office, in the meeting, the Italian ambassador expressing pleasure from the visit said it is due to the speaker of the parliament of his country to visit Afghanistan heading a delegation to further consolidate relations between the parliaments of the two countries .
He added during his trip, they will sign an inter-parliamentarian memorandum between Afghanistan and Italy based on agreement signed in 1391.
Dr. Mohammad Saleh Saljoqi welcoming the ambassador appreciated the cooperation of Italy’s to Afghanistan asked for further cooperation in parliamentary affairs specially in processing legislative documents.
Italian ambassador shedding light on cooperation of that country in constructional projects in Afghanistan especially in Herat province assured the second deputy speaker of Afghan parliament from the continuation of his country’s cooperation.
