Kabul (BNA) Seven civilians were killed and wounded by police local commander in northern Takhar province yesterday.
Khalil Aseer spokesman of Takhar police told BNA correspondent, the incident took place, while Pir Sayed Muqtader the local police commander after tension on land shooting on civilians in Taliqan city the provincial capital of the province.
Three civilians were killed and four others were wounded following the event, Aseer added.
