Herat (BNA) The district police chief for Enjil district of Herat province was injured following an explosion yesterday night.
Colonel Abdul Raof Ahmadi police spokesman of Herat said BNA, the blast occurred in Delqarar region of the district while the vehicle of district police chief hit a roadside mine during patrol.
At least three policemen were also injured following the blast.
According to the source, the injured of the incident were taken to regional hospital of Herat province; medical official of the hospital reported the health condition of them critical.
